INSULFATION OF CARBON DIOXYDE [ Medical cure ]
INSULFATION OF CARBON DIOXYDE
Procedure, where the gas in the hypodermis accumulates - hypodermis emphysema appears. The gas is distributed in substantial distance. It disappears in couple of minutes, few hours is the maximum. From the hypodermis the gas is removed by means of vein circulation. It results local changes on the skin, its temperature increase and it has analgetic effect.
Hypodermal effects of carbon dioxide:

Hypodermal effects of carbon dioxide:
- Increase of partial pressure of carbon dioxide and reduction of pH can support releasing the oxygen out of the oxyhemoglobine (oxygenated blood tinction)
- reduction of pH in the hypoderm to the value of 6,8 and košer results in permeability increase of capillary
- reduction of pH below the value of 6,5 results in increasing flexibility and limiting the strength of originally minimum extensible collagen tissues (ligament).
- carbon dioxide is strong peripheral vasodilator
- stimulates vasomotoric centrum and vasomotoric centres in spinal cord
- evokes reflective stimulation through the chemoreceptor
- enlarges coronary vessels, improves vascular of heart muscle, increases its tonus and circulation rate
- irritates vagus and evokes bradycardia, blood pressure drop
- ischemic diseases of lower limbs
- peripheral vessel diabetic syndrome
- vasoneurosis
- postphlebitic syndrome, crural ulcers
- ischemical heart disease with angina pectoris syndrome
- degenerative joint and spine diseases with painful syndrome
- periarthritis humeroscapularis (inflammation of tissue surrounding joints)
- lumbago a sacralgie (back pains), eventually of gynaecologic nature
