Lysá hora 1323 m n. m. - královna Moravskoslezských Beskyd

The folk ensemble KOSÍŘ from Kostelec na Hané in Czech Republic was founded in 1982. Its name is similar to the small hill of Haná called Kosíř. The group presents arrangements of music, songs and dances in the tradition of their region. In their performance are also included the old customs that are typical for Haná. For example Old crafts (the dance and song performance presenting crafts typical for the region) or In the pub of Kostelec (it is based on the traditional amusement expressed in song and dance). You can also see solo dances and hear solo songs. Their costumes are beautifully embroidered and remarkable for abundance of variations.
The group KOSÍŘ takes part in number of international folk fastivals, competitions, performs on fairs, weddings, simply everywhere where good mood is needed.
