Urban monuments preservation area Litoměřice [ Městská památková rezervace ]
One of the oldest recognised Bohemian towns, established between 1219 and 1128. The basic plan of the town is given by its defences.
The historic core of the town is made up of Mirové nám. (Peace Square) with the Old Town Hall, a plaque pillar, the fountain, the Deaconate Church of All Saints, the stone tower, and Gothic and renaissance houses. St Wenceslas´ Church, the deanery, St Stephen´s Cathedral, the capitular consistory, and the bishops´ residence are all to be found on Dómský vrch (Minster Hill).
